Affiliate Programme Terms
1. The programme
Infinite Tools runs an affiliate programme for creators, educators and studios. Approved partners receive a personal discount code. Customers who use the code get 15 % off their order; the partner earns a commission on these orders. There is no claim to admission, and we may decline applications without giving reasons.
2. Your code
The code is personal and may not be transferred. You may publish it in your own channels (videos, posts, courses, newsletters, your website). You may not use it in paid search ads on our brand names, on coupon or deal websites, in spam, or in ways that suggest you are Infinite Tools. You may not use your own code for your own purchases.
3. Commission
The commission is 20 % of the net amount paid for an order with your code: the amount the customer actually pays, after all discounts and without VAT or other taxes, converted by our payment provider FastSpring into US dollars. Orders without payment and test orders earn no commission. Individual products may be excluded; they are listed in your partner area.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
Commission becomes payable 30 days after the order. If an order is refunded or charged back, in full or in part, the commission on it is reduced accordingly. If the commission was already paid, the amount is offset against future commissions; we do not ask for money back unless the programme ends with a negative balance caused by misuse.
5. Payouts
Payouts are made twice a month, on the 1st and on the 15th (time zone Europe/Berlin), once at least 100 USD is payable. Smaller amounts carry over. We pay by PayPal, bank transfer (IBAN) or Revolut to the account you enter in your partner area. Fees charged by your bank or payment service are borne by you. You are responsible for declaring the commission for tax purposes; if you are a business, please contact us so we can issue the correct documents.
6. Disclosure
You make clear to your audience that you receive a commission, as required by the rules of your country and platform (for example "ad" or "affiliate link" labels).
7. Use of our brand and material
You may use the logos, images and texts from your partner area for promoting Infinite Tools under these terms. Please do not change logos or create the impression of an official partnership beyond this programme.
8. Pausing and ending
Either side may end the participation at any time by email. We may pause or end a code if these terms are broken. Commissions earned in line with these terms before the end remain yours and are paid out under section 5, even below 100 USD at the end of the programme.
9. Data protection
We process your application details, your payout details (stored encrypted) and the order data needed for your statistics (order date, product, amounts, order reference) to run the programme. Your statistics never show names or addresses of customers. More in our privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may change these terms with notice of at least 30 days by email. If you do not agree, you may end your participation before the change takes effect.
